Most of the restaurants try to offer something for everyone. That is all very well and might entice a lot of people, but this is not Le Bronze. We are about real barbecue.

We decided before we got started that we would rather do a few things exceptionally well than offer a greater variety. We never compromise on quality, either of the product or service.

Everything from our ribs and brisket to our coleslaw and beans have been meticulously developed and lovingly prepared to bring our guests the best barbecue that we can make.

Le Bronze is a neighborhood kind of place you feel at home in. A true destination. For meat eaters. For vegetable lovers. For these who know nothing about cooking and for experienced cooks.
