Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport (DMAT) in Abu Dhabi released tender 111/2016 for the Renovation, Operation and Management of Zayed City Commercial Centre. The objective is to make improvements to the physical appearance of the centre and the tenant mix, operate the centre including leasing, marketing and FM with the intention to improve revenue and footfall into the centre.
